Membership in the Academy
Article 12 |
|
In the Academy, the members are joining voluntarily, accepting the regulations of this statute, the programme of the Academy and the codex of the profession and members of the Academy. |

Article 13 |
|
| The members of the Academy might be television or film workers, writers, and other authors that are actively and professionally involved in TV and film work and have one of the titles, listed in the codex of the Academy: |

Director |
|
Director of photography |
|
Sound editor |
|
TV and film editor. |
|
Distributor ( individual or a company) of documentary films.. |
|
Composer.. |
|
Film or TV critic, and other akin professions related to the Academy activities. . |
|
The Academy issues a certificate for these professions, according to the Statute and Codex of the Academy.
The young, future TV and film authors after finishing their education with their diplomas automatically are entitled to members of the Academy. Those who will establish themselves through TV and film works, as well as printed media, are also entitled to the rank – members of the Academy. . |

Article 14 |
|
| The enrolment in the Academy is done by filling an application form, and submitting recommendations of at least two similar institutions or internationally acknowledged authorities from Article 13 of the Statute. Also the candidate should write a sort lecture on the subject multiculturalism. | |
Article 15 |
|
| The Members of the Academy have the right to: | |
|
Elect and be elected as the organs of the Academy.. |
|
Participating in the decision making at the Assembly of the Academy.. |
|
To be informed of the work by the Academy.. |
|
To protect their own interests and the common interests. the Academy assures them of this.. |
|
To decide about joining with other related academies or associations.. |
| The responsibilities of each member are:. | |
|
Actively participating in the work for achieving the goals and tasks and the decisions of the Academy.. |
|
Actively participating in the events and actions, which the Academy is organizing.. |
|
Paying their membership regularly.. |
|
To follow the regulations of the Statute, Codex and other general acts of the Academy.. |
|
Not to sign any engagements that will break the Codex of the Academy.. |
|
The member must justify its actions to the Executive Board, which is the highest body of the Academy.. |
Article 16 |
|
| The membership of the Academy can be ceased: | |
|
Free willingly (in writing form).. |
|
By excluding of the member for their idleness and inappropriate involvement.. |
|
By closing of the Academy.. |
Article 17 |
|
| Non-compliance to the regulations of Article 16 from this Statute is considered as violation of the norms of professional relation and is followed by exclusion from the membership of the Academy. | |
